Used Hartness Model 825 case packer. This machine was manufactured in approximately 1987 and remains in good condition. This machine was removed from service in a large beverage company. The machine will need a new computer board (approx $850) and lower grid. The machine measures 5' wide x 15'6' long. Electric 460 volt, 3 phase, 60 hz.

Used Krones Model Campac Uncaser / Case Packer. This machine was installed new in approximately 1994 and is represented to be in excellent condition. The machine is designed to accept full cases of empty bottles on one side of the unit for uncasing. On the opposing side of the machine the full bottles are accepted via conveyor for packing into mother cases. This unit is set up to run 24 packs of 12 oz. Longneck and heritage style glass bottles. This machine will also run 22oz. Bottles. The unit includes infeed and discharge bottle/case conveyor and several sets of change parts. The machine will be removed and placed in storage January '05 as the owner is converting to bulk glass. New cost for this machine was well over $100,000.

Used Marq Trayformer. The machine was manufactured in 1987 and used as a show display machine until 1990 when it was sold. It is equipped with an LTI Dynaply hot melt system. The machine is also equipped with the Marq compudrive system for controlling machine function and glue pattern. Machine is a right hand machine with the corrugated magazine on the left and the tray discharge on the right. It is equipped with two forming mandrels with measurements of 17 7/8 inches x 11 _ inches and 11 _ inches x 9-_ inch. These male mandrels can be fabricated. The outside, or female portion of the forming head is adjustable. Electrics are 220-440/3 phase. Machine was previously in operation in a bottled water facility. It was removed from service and replaced with a faster machine.

Used Hartness International case packer Model 850. The machine was manufactured in 1991. This is an all stainless steel machine utilizing plastic tabletop chain. This is a dual head machine dropping containers into two cartons at a time. This machine has a mechanical trip mechanism rather than the air bag system. Hartness rebuilt the machine in mid 1996 at which time the air transfer was changed to a mechanical trip operation. The machine has not been put back into service since that time. Machine is designed to run at up to 25 cycles per minute (50 cases). Machine is currently set up with change parts to run 2 liter and 3 liter soda bottles. Hartness can convert the machine to continuous motion and has done so on many of the existing machines.
